Gooood afternoon ladies! You may remember last week I did a blog post about how to wear your wedge trainers. It seems to be a common search term that draws wedge trainer loving women like yourself to check out the blog, and I realised I didn’t really have the answers here for you, so thought I had better find it…
You see, I’m always looking online and on the social networking sites for new wedge trainers, and get tagged in lots of pics when women get their new kicks, and off the back of that I see lots of “outfit of the day” type pics on instagram and twitter etc, and it’s great to see how everyone styles their wedge trainers so differently.
Every woman has their own style when it comes to fashion and I think most of us know what we like and what we can “rock” but it would seem the wedge trainer trend has stopped many women in their tracks! With many asking the question.. What Do I Wear My Wedge Trainers With!? So in case you didn’t see last weeks post, I asked wedgetrainer.com site visitors, instagram followers, facebook fans & twitter followers to send me photos of them in their wedge trainers. Personally I love fashion..and I love new ideas of how I can wear things.. so for me, looking at women rocking their wedge trainers, and getting new style ideas is awesome, but I realise, you don’t have all day to do that, so I thought why not bring this inspiration to you. So from now on expect to see at least a new post every few days of normal girls.. just like you and me who love their wedge trainers, and how they style them. So this is Jenny Haapala one of my instagram followers, who is big time in love with wedge trainers! Her collection is epic, and I love all the pics that she posts of them. Jenny currently works in retail at a clothes store in Finland.. Which came as no surprise to me when I asked her what she did for a living, I just new it had to do with fashion, cuz this girls got swagggg!!
What I love about Jenny’s style is that she is always mixing it up, its edgy, quirky and most importantly she has fun with it, which I think many of us wish we could get away with a bit more
Expect to see Jenny on these pages a lot more, because she has too many awesome pics to choose from.. but the first wedge trainer from her that is a regular on her feet is the Nike Dunk Sky Hi Wedge Trainer in Grey & White. Nike has a pretty special way of hiding their hidden heels in their hightops so they really do just look like trainers, and can be styled like trainers too!
As you can see above Jenny has teamed her Nike Dunks with both red leggings & grey joggers.. and of course every girls favourite, her denim jeans. Skinny fit or boyfriend cut jeans really are the best jean style to go with your wedge sneakers.. Boot-cut, flare or bell bottom would just hide their awesomeness!

Nike Dunk Sky Hi Sand.
Woaaah Nike are on fire this week and kicking out Nike Dunk Sky Hi’s faster than I can keep up with! If you’re a regular to the blog you may remember I posted about the Purple & Stone Nike Hi Dunks and the Red & Black Nike Hi Dunks only a couple of days ago… and BOOM, here we have some more to get us excited!
I saw these online the other day on a Nike blog site and it said they weren’t released until October.. Which technically they aren’t however on my searches today I found an online store selling them already! Granted it has an 8 week estimated ship time however if you’re a Nike sneakerhead and love to get their high top kicks on your feet before your friends then you better move fast, because shockingly these are nearly already out of stock! Not even released and already almost out of stock!? That is a seriously powerful brand right there!
I absolutely loved these the moment I saw them, they have a bit of a Timberland feel to them, and would look sooooo good with jeans!
So if you love these as much as I do, don’t hang about, get them today because I promise you, by the time they are ready to be shipped the only thing you will see on stores is the dreaded “out of stock” and you’ll kick yourself! See what I did there? Kick yourself.. with your (non Nike Dunk Sky Hi) kicks.. Ok I think the excitement has gone to my head!

If it wasn’t amazing enough that Nike launched the Black & Red colour way for their hugely popular Nike Dunk Sky Hi’s they have also released this stunning colour combo. Personally I don’t think the world can ever have enough purple shoes.. Its one of those colours that is just so striking, so I am very happy to see these now available!
As with the Red & Black Nike Dunk Sky Hi’s.. If you want these on your feet, move fast, because they will be hot footing it out of stock in no time I’m sure! Thankfully few places have got them in store, so they’re not “common knowledge” at the moment.. But rest assured as soon as they are, they will vanish quicker than you can say Sneaker Head!
